Eyeline Service Delivery Platform (Eyeline SDP) is a layer between infrastructure and services that provides service statistics, service billing, service creation, service personalization, and service monitoring.

On the one end, Eyeline SDP interfaces with operator systems such as SMS and USSD centers, MMS servers, WAP gateways, billing platforms. On the other end messaging traffic and WAP traffic sent by content and service providers goes through SDP.

A special module can be used to launch new USSD/SMS/WAP services by using a special language based on XML format.
